About Get Scalable Live

There are events for start-ups…VC-funded companies…sales…marketing…tech…

But…what about us? The small and medium sized business that are the backbone of the economy.

Why don’t we have a home? Why don’t we have a place?

Over the years, I’ve tried to find an event just for us, but I never found what I was looking for…

So we created it.

Get Scalable Live is a home for hundreds of bootstrapped business owners just like you.

Business owners who want to hear about the real stuff, scale their business, and maybe, just maybe, exit their business one day.

Business owners who want to know what’s working right now from in-the-trenches 8 & 9-figure founders.

Business owners who want answers to questions like…

“How do I choose the right strategy to grow profitably?”

“How do I know when to hire someone or fire someone?”

“Is now the right time to bring on a COO?”

“How should I prioritize growth initiatives?”

“How do I allocate resources more efficiently?”

“How do I set a 3-year growth target and actually hit it?”

If you’ve never been to a business conference like Get Scalable Live, you cannot imagine how useful it can be to you and your business.

In just 3 days, you’ll get the tools and connections you need to build a $10M to $100M business in the next 3-5 years!

This is the place where your passion, ideas, and goals transform into action.

If you’re a founder, CEO, business owner, or investor, Get Scalable Live is YOUR event.

Welcome home.

What Some of Our Attendees Have To Say...

“This tops anything I’ve ever seen before in terms of live events. If you want to scale your company, this room is full of 8, 9, and even 10-figure business owners!”

Dave Albano | Founder, Joza Marketing

“This event is for anyone in the entrepreneurial game. If you’re doing a few million and want to reach the next level, this is where you need to be.”

Ed Weeks | Partner, HV Media Group

“This event is unique because I can get laser-focused investor ideas that can massively impact what I can do for my team and my family (and generations to come).”

Lauren Petrullo | Founder, Mongoose Media

"I've never been to an event that spoke so specifically and candidly about the entrepreneurial journey. I've read about it a lot in books (Innovator's Dilemma) but just haven't had a community to be a part of that is on the same journey I am. It was truly a breakthrough moment."

“As entrepreneurs, we get caught in the weeds of the day-to-day a lot. This event gave us the space we needed to get that 1,000-foot view of what is really happening in our business. “

Valerie Viramontes | Co-Owner, Goldleaf

“The presenters are actually serious about their content. Most events like this are just talking, but here I’m actually able to work ON my business and walk away with a ton of stuff done!”

Micah Mitchell | Partner, Memberium

“To come to an event and listen is one thing, but when you come to an event like this where you can actually work on your business will completely change who you are as a business owner.”

Brad Ball | Co-Founder, Ardent Creative

TRICIA SCIORTINO

As CEO of BELAY, Tricia Sciortino strives to lead and inspire her team to provide extraordinary services while finding great talent along the way. It’s her distinct privilege to be able to cast vision for the future of BELAY and empower the team to live their mission: Glorifying God by providing solutions that equip clients with the confidence to climb higher.

Born and raised in Long Island, Tricia attended the University of Hartford and earned a degree in Business Administration and Management. For ten years, she served as District Manager for the retail chain Pacific Sunwear, however, when her first child was born, she – like many other parents – found herself struggling to balance her high-profile career with the new role as a mother.

Joining a startup during the recession was risky, but she took a leap of faith. As BELAY’s first employee and virtual assistant – and then onto serve as Director, Vice President, President, COO, and now CEO – she has spent the last 10 years ‘walking the walk’ of what is called the Third Option: the ability to cultivate a balanced life with a successful career while making family and personal relationships a priority.

As a leader, she is passionate about each of them owning and forging their own paths, careers, and professional development, putting each of their valued employees and contractors in the driver seat to cultivate the balance of work and life that best suits them.

Tricia lives in Charlotte, NC with her husband, two daughters and stepson. She is grateful for the opportunity to live out her third option every day as a hands-on mom while supporting those she leads in living out theirs.
