The event runs from 9 am to 5:30 pm daily (we try and end a little bit earlier on Day 3). There will be networking opportunities the evening before the event (September 29th) as well as the 1st night (October 1st) after we finish for the day.
Definitely! There will be a networking reception the night before the event and a networking party on the first night, so you will have plenty of time to mingle and get to know one another.
We do everything we can to pair attendees up so that you can do business together.
No, not this year. We believe there is no way to get the same value of an in-person event by attending virtually.
While we can’t help you through the whole process, we can provide you with a Visa invitation letter for you to attach to your application.

We know there’s nothing worse than leaving your ticket at home, but we’ve got you covered! Should you misplace your ticket, we can always look you up in the system on our end when you arrive at registration check-in. You can also let us know by sending us an email to support@scalable.co and we can resend it to you.

Refunds are only available within the first 7 days of buying your ticket. If it’s past 7 days and you can’t make it to the event, we’ll refund 50% of your purchase up to 30 days before the event. Within 30 days of the event, there are no refunds.
